Keeping it Real

We kept it real this Sunday, real simple. No big production dinner for us. We grilled some Schwartz Garlic Sausage and had a salad of fresh mozzarella and sliced ripe tomatoes. A drizzle of olive oil, sea salt and a few snipped chives dressed the salad. A crusty baquette and some Sauvignon Blanc completed the meal. Yum Zone!

Simple is my middle name!I hope it does not come off as paid ad for Schwartz. I have enjoyed them for ever and in a past job I got some inside info that they "co-pack" for some upscale brands.
