I got a gift certificate from Sur la Table for Christmas. It was in my wallet burning a hole. I know I've got every culinary device known to man, but this was money that needed to be spent. My new acquisition is a Rosle Vegetable Chopper. I know that I could use a knife for chopping but this device allows me to chop and take out my frustrations at the same time! Chop Chop! Take that you stinker. You know who you are.

It is really a great little tool and makes quick work of onions, garlic and ginger and keeps your hands from smelling AND it uses no electricity. I can chop when the power goes out.

I rub carbon steel over hands after the garlic, completely gone the stink!
