We usually leave out the rice and beans - just fill with chicken, ago, tomato, lettuce, salsa, hot sauce, etc. So, really more like a soft taco than a burrito but still delicious - and easy! I use leftover chicken or turkey.
Zoomie- If we make them at home we leave out the rice and keep the beans. Like yours, ours are not as fat as the above. It was a lunch for two days. Chilebrown- Tomatoes are always best in season but these were darn good.

Of course a burrito is a sandwich - and a mighty fine one, too. We've been making our own (fake) burritos at home - yummy stuff!
Zoomie- I'm glad you concur. It has bread and filling so it's a sandwich. Tell my why your burritos fake?

I have been enjoying bacon avocado sandwiches lately. Tomato's will have to wait for a couple of months.
