We pay homage to Grilled Cheese Month with this delightful sandwich, a simple but tasty combo. I used Panera Bread thinly sliced whole grain bread topped with Tillamook Sharp Cheddar, ripe tomato and a spread of Trader Joe's Dijon style mustard. In my cast iron skillet I grilled it up with a small wodge of Irish Butter. Wow Yum's!

Have you heard of The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen in the City? Ms. Goofy wants to go. When I think of grilled cheese sandwiches I think of Campbells tomato soup.
Chilebrown- I have heard of it. Grilled cheese seems to be the star of the moment.
