Pizza Cali Style

While I was reeling from a premature dismount from peel to pizza stone, Avril concocted this Cali style pizza. Her pizza was topped with roasted Yukon Gold potatoes, Everett & Jones barbecue sauce,roasted garlic,shredded Swiss and Gruyere cheese. I flinched at the combo choice but the result was real good.

She remained calm in the face of my grunting and blustering. I was able to save sixty percent of my pizza by using the sharp edge of the peel to cut away the part that missed the pizza stone and scoop into sink.

She's a rock star, especially at times like these. Was 60% of your pizza enough? Bet it was...
