Last Thursday was Sandwich Day! How in the heck did I miss that? I created this Italian meats sandwich as a homage to the day I missed. I layered provolone, mortadella, salami and dry coppa on ciabatta bread dressed with a balsamic vinaigrette. Normally this would have been end of story, but I had some dead ripe homegrown tomatoes so I added them. It was fantastico!

Chilebrown- I must admit it was tastier. The food blog police jumped the McRib so I needed to taste and judge for myself.
