Leftover Madness Sandwich

We cook a backup turkey on Thanksgiving, just so we will have leftovers. It seemed like a easy plan up until the oven decided not to work. I guess it was tired from the first turkey. After the initial panic we fired up the barbecue and cooked with the help of a large flashlight. All is well that ends well. We call this sandwich "leftover madness." Load some toasted bread with turkey and sage dressing and slather with mayo and cranberry sauce. The essence of Thanksgiving on  sandwich. Bread on bread we must be mad!

You put the stuffing in your sandwich? Stunning. Next time, make it an open-face sandwich and drown it in gravy.

cookiecrumb- You could almost count the stuffing as a vegetable..it is heavy with celery, onion and sage. Some unnamed individuals in the family also add the mashed potatoes and green beans with a side of hot gravy as a dipper.
