Time flies when you are having fun! I realized that I have not blogged in a while. I guess you could say it was a hiatus. I have wrestled with the idea that maybe this food blogging thing has jumped the shark and now was the time to look for other endeavors. On second thought it occurred to me that the reason I started to blog was to share my ideas and travels with my family and friends. Along the way I've added some new friends and had some great experiences. Often I look back on my blog and it helps me to remember those good times. On Christmas day I looked at the plate of food my son made and it inspired me to pick up my camera and shoot a photo. I like to call it a big plate of holiday love.
