The way I like it

There's a new kid in town! We took a wander through the newest farmers' market in Marin. The Marinwood Community Farmers' Market is located just off the 101 in the northern most part of San Rafael. I have to confess I've been avoiding a lot of the farmers' markets lately because of hordes of people therein. Some of them have been so successful, it seems like a competitive sport just to buy produce. This market is small, friendly and eager to please. There is a nice assortment of vendors and entertainment, even a preacher at the entrance. I almost hate to tell anyone about this market but I'm sure they could use a few more customers. Check it out!

Oooo, if Feel Good is there, I must go! What day of the week are they open?

Aha! Followed your so-convenient link and found the day. BTW, I agree with you that the Marin markets are competitive. Lovely produce, great offerings, but watch your back! :-)

I don't think I've confessed this. I hate farmers markets. I'm so glad Cranky likes to shop at them.

Zoomie- I actually had one tiny little woman duck in under my arm while I scooping salad mix!
Cookiecrumb - I'm glad that I not the only one!
