Next year we get the flu shots! I had a plan today to attend the St. Patrick's Day Parade in good old San Francisco. But the bug that grabbed me three weeks ago has tackled my love. Nothing major mind you, just an energy sapping nasty little virus that seems to last forever.
We have been hanging around the house and vegging in front of the tube, trying to hold cabin fever at bay. The wife rented the movie Australia which had marginal reviews but ended up being quite entertaining. A haunting rendition of Somewhere Over the Rainbow from the Wizard of Oz plays thoughout the movie.
I can't be out and about taking in the sights so I played with some photos shot about a month ago. Both provide inspiration for Spring and good times to come.

We got the flu shots. Recommended.
But even more, we try not to touch public stuff. Use your sleeve when you have to open a door. Don't touch your face until you get home and have washed your hands.
