Use it or Lose it
I chose to buy a bag of avocados so I could share with family. No one showed up and I was stuck with lots of avocados. This creation used the last one. I mashed avocado with mayo and topped with ripe tomatoes. It is November and we are still picking our own. Not quite as tasty as August tomatoes but still way better than supermarket toms. Let's be fancy and call this a Tartine, French of course!

This is one of my favorite sandwiches, avocado and tomato. I squeeze on a tad of lemon juice and a fresh grind of pepper. Heaven on a plate.

You can guess what I would add. I once had an avocado tree that gave me avocados all the time. A nasty freeze took it away.
Chilebrown- Bacon! I am trying to lose a few lbs so I can gorge myself on my next cruise :)
