French Onion Grilled Cheese Sandwich
When I purchased the Swiss/Gruyere Blend shredded cheese I had French Onion Soup in mind. I heard it was National Grilled Cheese Month so I decided to make a sandwich instead. Cheese and onion marmalade on white sesame topped bread. French Onion Soup without the stock.
