Sometimes the perfectionist side of my personality gets in the way of fun. I want each blog post to the best it can be, so I worry over each dish and photo. This morning, in the dark, I was putting together Avril's Lunch and decided it looked good enough to blog about. The heck with sunlight! With minimal fluffing I present lunch.
Mixed salad with blue cheese and pork medallions - balsamic vinaigrette. Side of crudites with hummus dip.
Cara Cara orange slices and apple wedges. A little citrus juice keeps the apples from browning.
