Back to the sandwich zone this week. Some nights the urge to produce extravagant meals just doesn't happen. We try to keep on hand ingredients for snacks and sandwiches. Today's selection is a snap. A swath of Dijon mustard, good sliced ham and brie cheese. Sandwich time! Miss Avril decided to freelance some Sukhi's mango chutney on her sando to tart it up a bit.

Zoomie- This was a baguette from Novato Whole Foods. Funny you should mention bread. April has been teaching me to bake bread the last couple of days with great result. Will post soon.
