Oroweat Russian Rye
 TJ's whipped cream cheese
TJ.s mini heirloom tomatoes
TJ.s Pastrami style smoked salmon
 Capers
 Fresh basil
TJ's Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Use it or Lose it

I chose to buy a bag of avocados so I could share with family. No one showed up and I was stuck with lots of avocados. This creation used the last one. I mashed avocado with mayo and topped with ripe tomatoes. It is November and we are still picking our own. Not quite as tasty as August tomatoes but still way better than supermarket toms. Let's be fancy and call this a Tartine, French of course!
