Today I was inspired by
Jamie Oliver and made a bacon sarnie, also know as a bacon butty. My take on the recipe is pretty simple, crisp cooked Boar's Head bacon and buttered rustic sourdough. You could add some ketchup but why? Easy peasy!

Sinfully delicious! I'm surprised Jamie would make a bacon sandwich. Most of his recipes are for really healthy foods.

I looked up Bacon Sarnie just because am not familiar with the term. There was a detailed step by step tutorial on making a bacon ketchup sandwich. Really? A runny egg would be a nice topping.
Chilebrown - butty ;) they have a whole different idea of food. I love to cook my egg in the bacon fat at a high temp so the edges get crisp and the yolk is still liquid.
