After a busy weekend Monday sometimes hits like a bag of rocks. A good breakfast always makes the day better. I put together this breakfast with homemade waffles that were made in August and hidden in the deep freeze. I saved time and money and enjoyed a product that is much better than the ones in the grocery case. Happy Monday!

I like that you added fruit to the plate - two kinds! Somebody's day was made, for sure!
Zoomie- Brown food needs some color for photos. Truth be told, my son brought home the fruit from a new store in Petaluma called Sprouts. It begged to be eaten :)
The plate looks naked without bacon.
Chilebrown- I concur! :)
