I whipped up Italian style sandwiches in advance so we could watch football/futbol without interruption. Sliced mortadella, Genoa Salami, provolone cheese and tomatoes dressed with a balsamic vinaigrette carried us through a long Sunday afternoon.

Chilebrown- LaBrea Bakery torta rolls from Costco. I buy a couple dozen, slice them and freeze for later. They fit nicely in my toaster. I wish I could buy bread daily but find it impractical.
I love how stuffed this sandwich is and the balsamic doesn't hurt either =)
Hey Squishy Monster- Love that title! I was a little worried the picture looked like there was not enough meat to bread ratio. Five ounces o' meat on a big old roll fed the crowd.
