I saw squash used another int...Lovely, just lovely. I saw squash used another intriguing way at the Lark Creek Inn yesterday. They had shaved the squash lengthwise with a veggie peeler (when the squash were small) and served very thinly and raw as a salad. There was no dressing on theirs, but I think it would have been improved by having some dressing on it.
